INGREDIENTS:
Poolish:
230g of flour.
180ml of water.
2 g of yeast.
MASS:
400g of flour.
200ml of milk.
50ml of water.
50ml olive oil. 6gr

PREPARATION:
For poolish, dilute the yeast in warm water, once diluted mix with flour and let stand for two or three hours.
