INGREDIENTS: 250g of flour

150g of butter.
150 of icing sugar.
ground cinnamon 1/2c.
50g ground almonds.
15g sesame.
PREPARATION:
Toast in a frying pan with the almond flour, allow to cool. We put in a vol
flour, sugar and cinnamon, mix and add the butter, kneading until
we mix all ingredients.
Once the dough formed by hand into small balls and flatten a little,
put the butter in a baking tray covered with baking paper and put on a few grains of sesame lardy.
We put in a preheated oven at 180C ° until lightly browned,
once golden remove from the oven and let cool.
