The 20-year career as soloist, the Dominican merengue star Eddy Herrera for his harvest of success. The tropical music icon won the statuette for "Best Video of the Year" for Casandra coveted Awards, awarded by the Association of Art Critics of the Dominican Republic (ACROARTE) sponsored by the Dominican National Brewery.
The interpreter who was nominated as "merengue Orchestra of the Year" and "Outstanding People's Association Abroad" - took the award for the excellent video clip of "I lost everything," which was directed by the renowned producer Jochy Fersobe.
"I lost everything" is a song off of their successful production "Paso Firme", which was launched under the support of the label Premium Latin Music, Inc.
The awards, which recognize the best in music, theater, film, television and radio Dominican, were delivered late Tuesday in the Board of the National Theatre Piantini Carlos Eduardo Brito.
