How To Remove Thule Rack

George Baxt, an effeminate way of life.

We entries chronicling a few works of this celebrated writer in his time and somewhat unknown today, especially in these parts. Le now devote more general input about his life and miracles to round out the series. Born in New York in 1923 and since its inception was dedicated to the media, mainly as a writer. He worked in radio, wrote scripts for television and also tried his hand as a talent agent. In this stage he tells a story that is now difficult to verify, says he came to throw James Dean in his office because he smelled bad and needed a bath.

seems that was quite a personality and had a sharp tongue, we would have been quite a gem for the gatherings of the heart that we have today. Said a famous American writer George Baxt was the type that would love to invite to a party but would not want him on the other side. Engaged in important social relationships, I knew many anecdotes about people and this entailed a certain risk if you did get angry. I can imagine him as Reinón from any party (ha ha). Anyway it was not a hypocrite and also had his own things, seems to be no hiding gay relationships, even as it was told to sleep with some of his teachers when he was young. This has given us a clue to label the entry as an effeminate way of life, honoring the title of his novel a sissy way to die (A queer kind of death) but the effeminate in Castilian is a bit worse than "queer."

signed to the cinema a few dashes in the field of terror that are now classics: Circus of Horrors (1960), The city of death (1960), The shadow of the cat (1961) and Vampire Circus (uncredited, 1972). In his literary production we talked about the saga of the black gay detective Pharaoh Love which began with just such a sissy way to die (1966). Past entries reiterate the courage of these works openly gay character in the pre-Stonewall era, when still only voices were raised in favor of gay rights.

also wrote other novels after cutting mystery, detective and science fiction as cockeyed A parade of creatures (1967), the demon I Said (1969), The Neon Graveyard (1979) or Satan is a woman (1987). In 1984 began another successful series of novels and also discussed in the previous post on celebrities and invented crimes on them: The Dorothy Parker murder case (1984), The Alfred Hitchcock murder case (1986), The Marlene Dietrich murder case (1993) or The Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers murder case (1997).

He worked almost until his last days because we have dated his death in 2003, shortly after writing several books listed. As mentioned in previous posts, hopefully someone to recover some of these works. Seem all very interesting and someone could fix them. In Spain, published each year about 60,000 books, maybe now some less by the crisis, and I think they have a hole. I've already made a small recovery efforts in the modest measure of my blog and even I have been looking surprised that more data for this entry have been My Review on a sissy way to die on the first page of Google to put George Baxt I do not know if that is logging in from my page or if it goes well for everyone. Of course it is all a puntazo if among the first ten references on author's mine. Finally, we will continue recovering queer figures go under the finding. See you soon.
