INGREDIENTS: 4 eggs

sugar. Scoring
of 1 lemon.
1 envelope of yeast.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PASTRY CREAM:
300ml of milk.
30gr corn flour.
3 yolks. 70
sugar.
skin of a small lemon.
sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla.
PREPARATION:
Separate the whites from the yolks and set whites until stiff, once mounted add egg yolks, lemon scratch, sugar and flour before mixing We open with the yeast.
Move with a rubber spatula or rod form enclosure until no lumps remain, let stand a few seconds.
Line a tray with baking paper, add the mixture slowly until the entire tray, bake for 20 minutes at 180 ยบ.
Once you are ready remove from oven and pour on a dish towel, remove the paper taking care not to break. Fill with pastry cream and carefully enroyar once wound covered with powdered sugar and let cool.
MAKING PASTRY CREAM: Place in a saucepan
